Rates
Nightly rates start at $165 for two people for Cabin 1 or Cabin 2, $255 for 1-4 people for Cabin 3, and $270 for 1-4 people for Grumpsters House. Each additional person is $30 per night*. There is also a 12% tax on each stay. The first three children age 12 or under are free. We have a two-night minimum on weekends.
*The final charge is the maximum number of people staying for the entire duration of the stay.
Check-in
Check-in is at 3:00 pm.
Check-out
Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Deposit
Deposit (check, money order, or direct transfer) is required for reservation.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to receive refund.
No fireworks allowed
Per McGregor city ordinance, it is unlawful for any person to use or explode any display fireworks. In addition, we have a noise ordinance that begins at 10 pm.
We strictly prohibit pets. Smoking is allowed only outside. No large parties or gatherings. Violation will incur a minimum $500 fee.
